Welcome to Dealsalo, operated by Shanghai Ruisike Management Consulting Co., Ltd. These Terms of Service govern your use of https://dealsalo.com and purchases made through our online store, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
1. General Conditions
By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order and must not use the website for fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or unlawful activities.

Dealsalo offers ceramic mugs, glass drinkware, plates, bowls, and related tableware for everyday dining and beverage enjoyment.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, capacities, materials, colors, patterns, available options, included quantities, care guidance, and prices.
Product colors, glaze finishes, surface textures, transparency, decorative patterns, and measurements may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, manufacturing processes, and measurement methods.
Customers should review product specifications, available variants, capacities, quantities, material information, cleaning instructions, and intended use before placing an order.
Dishwasher compatibility, microwave suitability, oven safety, and heat resistance should not be assumed unless specifically stated in the product description.
3. Orders and Payments
Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information when placing an order.
Product prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Dealsalo does not directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.
Orders are subject to payment confirmation, product availability, and verification where reasonably necessary.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Standard delivery generally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8–18 business days.
Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, public holidays, address errors, local restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed during checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for these charges.
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information and should report delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered orders promptly.
5. Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must receive return authorization and shipping instructions before sending a product back.
Returned products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition, with original packaging and included accessories where applicable.
For confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products, Dealsalo will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
After receiving an eligible return, we aim to notify the customer of the refund decision within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Additional processing time may be required by banks or payment providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Order change or cancellation requests should be sent to [email protected] as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist before an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped.
Once processing or shipment has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Where cancellation is unavailable, an eligible return may be requested after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Customer service is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, UTC+8, excluding public holidays.
7. Product Selection, Handling, and Care
Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, capacities, materials, quantities, and available variants to confirm that the selected items are suitable for their intended use.
Ceramic mugs, glass drinkware, plates, bowls, and other fragile products should be handled carefully to reduce the risk of chips, cracks, scratches, and breakage.
Products should be inspected before use. Items showing cracks, sharp edges, structural damage, or other conditions that may affect safe use should not be used.
Customers should avoid sudden temperature changes unless the product is specifically designed to withstand such conditions.
Products should not be placed in microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, freezers, or exposed to boiling liquids unless the individual product information confirms suitability for those uses.
Cleaning and maintenance requirements may vary depending on the material, surface finish, decorative coating, and product construction. Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with each product.
Abrasive cleaning tools, harsh chemicals, and excessive force should be avoided where they may damage glazing, decorative finishes, glass surfaces, or other components.
Children should be supervised when using fragile ceramic or glass products where appropriate.
To the extent permitted by law, Dealsalo is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, unsuitable cleaning methods, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
